The Francophone Group for enhanced recovery after surgery is happy to provide you with the « KIT-GRACE » to help you implement rehabilitation programmes in surgery in your establishment whatever the specialty.

This Kit is not fixed or cast in stone, it is intended to evolve according to your feedback and new scientific data that might emerge.

The GRACE Board of Directors hopes you enjoy using it.

• The practical pamphlet is a summary of the means of implementation.

• The implementation manual is more detailed and contains the means for ensuring a successful implementation and the various different methods for tackling the constraints encountered in real life.

• The patient passport (similar to ambulatory surgery) contains an information sheet that you can edit at your convenience, a diary, and a discharge sheet.

• Other tools are also offered by GRACE: freely available on the website (www.grace-asso.fr) or “sources” in the members’ area.
